Zwar noch lange nicht so gut und fl\u00fcssig wie im Fr\u00fchjahr, aber nach 5 Wochen gutem Training kann man eben noch keine Bestzeiten erwarten. Ich denke mein Coach und ich haben das Beste aus den paar Wochen Training gemacht.\u00a0Mit meiner 31:41min \u00fcber die 10km bin ich mehr als zufrieden.
